Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00/hour

Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down electric or propane forklifts to move materials and products safely
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and warehouse racks
- Transport materials to production and shipping areas as needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of sit-down forklift experience (electric and/or propane)
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to safety and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience working in fast-paced production or shipping environments
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse and production setting
- Standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Required PPE may include steel-toed shoes and safety gear as assigned
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement based on performance
