- Pay Range: $19.00
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of company information.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial setting preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Work Environment
- Positions available on 1st shift 8am-5pm
