Job Details

- Pay Range: $20.00
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and provide accurate price quotes based on customer requests.
- Process customer orders accurately and enter them into the company system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates.
- Communicate with customers regarding order details, availability.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the steel, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial supply industry is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Work Environment
- Positions available on 1st shift Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
