Job Details
- Location: Woodridge  Areas
- Type: Contract-to-hire
- Pay Range: $16.50 – $19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery such as Logo Jet, Laser, Barudan, Sand Blast, and Kornit equipment to produce customized products.
- Personalize a variety of materials and items (including fabric, wood, glass, metal, and plastic) according to client requirements.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency according to production standards.
- Support technical operations and assist with system setup, calibration, and software-related functions (Tech Support).
- Accurately record production data, including quantities, specifications, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience operating industrial, printing, embroidery, or laser machinery.
- Familiarity with machines such as Logo Jet, Laser, Barudan, Sand Blast, Kornit, or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge for system input and monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in screen printing, embroidery, or laser engraving preferred.
- Technical support or machine repair experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Flexibility to learn new systems and production techniques.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Work Environment
- Positions available on 1st & 2nd shifts.
