Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate metalworking machines such as saws, grinders, shears, or mills according to production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and performance.
Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and surface quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Skills & Experience
· Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn various machine types and processes.
· Knowledge of metal fabrication or machining principles.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
· Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures)
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with CNC or manual machine operation.
· Forklift certification a plus.
· Knowledge of safety procedures in metalworking or industrial environments.
· Ability to work flexible shifts and meet production deadlines.
Work Environment

- Expect to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during your shift.
- Some areas may experience moderate temperature variations depending on the season.
