Job Details
- Location: Reno, NV
- Type: Contract-to-hire
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and process orders according to pick sheets or bills of lading accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order and shipment details before processing through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping systems.
- Print and apply shipping labels and stage completed orders for shipment.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in physical inventories and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all safety and security regulations and report any issues promptly.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required; overtime may be necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Experience using RF Scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping software (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to multitask and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Work Environment
- Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts.
