Job Details
- Location: Hillside, IL
- Type: Temp-to-hire
- Pay Range: $15.00 – $15.50/ hr.
- Shifts : 1st and 2nd
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and prepare small parts with precision, ensuring proper placement and racking according to customer specifications.
- Utilize fine motor skills and small tools (e.g., pliers, nuts, bolts) to securely mount parts onto processing racks.
- Lift, bend, and move parts safely, with individual items weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to push or pull carts between departments for continued processing.
- Apply problem-solving skills to determine efficient and secure methods for arranging various part shapes on racks.
- Maintain attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all handling and processing tasks.

- Picking & packing: 1 year (Required)
- Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
- Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Prior training in warehouse safety and operations.
- Ability to work OT, if necessary, as work volume requires.

- Some areas may experience moderate temperature variations depending on the season.
