Job Details
- Location: Hanover Park, IL
- Type: Contract-to-hire
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00/hour
- Shift: 1st and 2ndÂ
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and customize hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers, following established work instructions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and peripheral issues while performing quality control inspections to ensure performance standards are met.
- Manage work orders, documentation, and productivity reports using systems such as SAP and Excel, ensuring accurate billing and project tracking.
- Maintain proper use and safeguarding of company and client assets, including parts, tools, and test equipment, and ensure efficient utilization of lab space and resources.
- Communicate and escalate technical issues or delays to Lab Management promptly to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, assist on assigned projects, and represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- For National Repair Center roles: perform detailed hardware and peripheral repairs, identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions to minimize customer downtime.
Skills & Experience
- Associates Degree or 2 years related experience
- A+ CertificationÂ
- LAN/ WANÂ
- Working knowledge of major operations systems (Windows 7, 8x. 10, OSX, iOS,) Hardware and Software
- Warehouse: 1 year (Required)

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to handle IT equipment and operate material handling tools (e.g., pallet jack).

- Expect to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during your shift.
- Some areas may experience moderate temperature variations depending on the season.
