Recruitment Fraud Alert
We have learned that unauthorized individuals are impersonating Summit Staffing, Inc. (“Summit Staffing”) and members of our team in connection with fake employment opportunities.
These individuals have used the names and professional information of actual employees, as well as email addresses or domain names that appear similar to legitimate company communications. In some instances, they have carried on extended communications that resemble a genuine recruiting process, including discussions about job duties, compensation, résumé review, and supposed application steps.
These communications are not authorized by Summit Staffing, and the advertised positions are not legitimate Summit Staffing opportunities.
Please exercise caution if you receive an unsolicited recruiting communication claiming to be from Summit Staffing or one of our employees.
- Carefully check the sender’s full email address. Fraudulent addresses may differ from a legitimate address by only one or two characters.
- Do not pay any fee, deposit, training charge, equipment charge, or other payment to obtain employment through Summit Staffing.
- Do not provide Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or other sensitive personal or financial information in response to an unsolicited recruiting communication.
- If you are unsure whether a communication or job opportunity is legitimate, contact Summit Staffing directly using the contact information on our official website, not the contact information in the suspicious message.
If you receive a suspicious recruiting communication claiming to be from Summit Staffing, Inc. or one of our employees, please forward it to reportfraud@summitstaffing.com.
We are actively working with appropriate service providers and authorities to address these fraudulent communications.
