Job Title: Industrial Painter
Location: Roanoke, TX
Shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Thurs – (4/10)
Overview:
This role involves preparing and applying coatings to surface metal materials and components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates have experience with industrial spray equipment and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using professional controlled industrial spray painting gun
- Mix coatings to meet color and finish requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean
- Follow all safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of industrial painting or related experience preferred
- Experience with spray equipment (HVLP or airless) is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE use
