Job Details
- Location: Broadview, IL
- Type: Temp-to-hire
- Pay Range: $17.03 – $17.10
- Shift: 1st and 2ndÂ
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor metalworking machines according to production specifications.
- Ensure machines run efficiently and meet quality and output standards.
- Perform basic maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting during operations.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet shift production goals.
Skills & Experience
- Machine Operation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- Inspection: 1 year (Preferred)Â

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating machinery in a metal or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, and production instructions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior training in warehouse safety and operations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Work Environment
- Modern distribution facility focused on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Expect to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during your shift.
- Some areas may experience moderate temperature variations depending on the season.
- Weekend shift opportunities available.
